Early Summer is here, and as we move through the month of May a lot of lush verdant growth comes up in the hedgerows, gardens and parks. Several commonly found trees are putting on displays of creamy-white clusters of flowers, and I thought this would be a beautiful opportunity to learn some tree ID. There’s nothing quite like admiring a plant, perhaps for years, getting glimpses of it’s flowers each Spring, or noticing it’s berries in the Autumn, to then finally find out it’s name and feel like you’re welcoming an old friend home.
