July's Wild Notes ☀️
plantain and rescue
Welcome to Wild Notes, my monthly letter to everyone following Wild Revival. I’m Jo, a forager and creative who finds both relief and inspiration in Nature, and this publication is where I share my seasonal noticings and plant wisdom with you. Think of it as a gentle prompt to get outside and interact with Nature in a way that feels nourishing to you. I’m so glad you’re here!
Hello dear Wild Ones,
I’ve recorded you a bit of a vlog (video-blog) this month to chat to you about herbs for first aid. In it I talk about Plantain (Ribwort Plantain and Greater Plantain), Yarrow and Comfrey. Upcoming will be a post to my paid membership all about Comfrey, so if you’re interested in that then upgrade to a paid membership, which can be annually or monthly.
Here is the vlog for you to watch, and below is a post from my archive about Ribwort Plantain, which I’ve made free for everyone to read. I’m off to view a new local exhibition space now, to start planning my first art exhibition which will be coming this Autumn/Winter.

Check out the rest of the archive here.
Thankyou for being here!
Jo xx
